April is in a peak season for Taipei City where the venue locates. Therefore, early reservation is highly recommended. Conference Accommodation System
• All reservation must be accompanied with full payment of total room nights. No bookings will be confirmed by
the relevant hotel until full payment has been received.
• Special needs concerning the hotel rooms will be well considered but not guaranteed.
• All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat.

claim refunds.

• Any change or cancellation must be submitted directly to the relevant hotel or your booking medium. The Conference
Secretariat will not be responsible for any booking made outside of the Conference Accommodation System.
General Information
Early Arrivals
Standard hotel check in time in Taiwan is 15:00. If you will be arriving before 15:00 and require your room upon arrival to the hotel, you may be required to book the prior night to ensure immediate occupancy. You will be required to pay an additional night’s tariff should you wish to guarantee your room. Please advise the hotel if you are pre-booking your room for the night prior to your arrival.
If you will be arriving to your hotel after 17:00, please advise the relevant hotel on your reservation form so that your hotel can be informed. If you do not alert the hotel to your late arrival, the hotel may release your reservation.
